Bonded NdFeB Magnet Ring for Sensor

Bonded NdFeB Magnet Ring is a commonly used permanent magnet material with a variety of magnetic powder options. It can be filled with multiple poles inside or outside, and obliquely filled (magnetized at an oblique angle). It is widely used in various motors, generators, sensors, robots and other fields. Bonded NdFeB, composed of Nd2Fe14B, is a synthetic magnet. Bonded NdFeB magnets are magnets made by mixing rapidly quenched NdFeB magnetic powder and a binder through "pressing molding" or "injection molding". The manufacturing process is to put the granulated magnetic powder into the mold and press it at room temperature. After pressing and molding, it is usually cured at a temperature of about 200° to obtain the desired shape. It has the characteristics of high magnetic energy product, high coercivity and high coercivity temperature, and is widely used in electronic equipment, automobiles and medical equipment.
