Injection NdFeB Magnet for other shape

Injection molded NdFeB magnets are made of NdFeB magnetic powder, thermoplastic binder and a small amount of polymer additives (including coupling agents, lubricants, antioxidants and plasticizers, etc.) mixed, kneaded and extruded into granules. Finally, bonded NdFeB magnets are produced using an injection molding process. Depending on whether an orientation magnetic field is applied during the molding process, injection-molded NdFeB magnets can be further divided into isotropic injection-molded NdFeB magnets and anisotropic injection-molded NdFeB magnets.

Injection-molded NdFeB magnets have high dimensional accuracy, are suitable for complex shapes, require no subsequent processing steps, are easy to achieve mass production, and can be directly injection-molded with parts made of other materials to form components. In addition, injection molded magnets have good toughness and are not prone to cracking under external impact. Injection-molded NdFeB magnets have been widely used in household appliances, office equipment, consumer electronics, and the automotive industry.
